WEB HOSTING :
This is a 12 month minimum term. All renewals after the completion of the 12 months is at the regular price. There are no setup fees or additional charges.
Acorn Concepts will setup 2 email addresses as part of this package.
Acorn Concepts will provide access to the cPanel for the site to allow the client to setup additional email addresses and monitor the web statistics.
Offer applies to new packages only and may not be used in conjunction with any existing website, design or other project by Acorn Concepts.
DOMAIN NAME :
First year of registration on a ".com" domain for only $20.
All renewals after the completion of the 12 months will be at the regular price.
Where the client authorises the purchase of an additional ".com.au" domain name, the client must provide details of a registered business or company name as well as an additional fee (at the current standard price) prior to any purchases being made on their behalf. There are no setup fees or additional charges.
WEBSITE DESIGN:
A single page website will be designed and created.
Acorn Concepts will create a unique template and page header as part of the page layout. All photos, images and text content will be supplied by the client.
Where applicable, any existing logo or colour scheme will be incorporated in the design. The page will be a static XHTML design and will not contain any eCommerce, animation, Flash, or other dynamic content.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the selected domain name, text content or images do not infringe the copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights of any person or company.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the content of the web page does not contain any material of an illegal nature, pornographic material or any offensive material not suitable for viewing by the general public.
Acorn Concepts reserves the right to refuse any content that infringes any of the above requirements.
